J. Moreno9/5/20224 4 4Decent Quality and Build, Great Customer ServiceOverall, the winder is very attractive. It also lives up to the "quiet" description and is barely audible. When it comes to the winding functions make sure you look up your watch maker's recommendations for daily turns. I had to do some quick and simple math to figure out which setting would work best. All my watches recommend 600-800 turns daily, so I use setting four before I go to bed, which gives close to the right amount of turns. I do turn it off during the day, as keeping it on would turn my watches way too many times and potentially damage them.
For the price you pay, you get a decent product. It looks attractive and functions as it should. If you look too close you can definitely see imperfections and signs of mediocre workmanship. Keep in mind that the product is coming from China, so your experience may vary. However, the quick and considerate customer service made up for any shortcomings.
In conclusion, considering that my local jeweler is selling a similar-looking winder for around $750, I am happy with what I got. -
Alexander S.9/4/20225 5 5Great winder, one potential issueThis replaces an old winder from the same manufacturer. Still worked after 5 years or so, but was getting very noisy, so I replaced it. Very pleasantly surprised with the improved quality of this new winder. Looks more refined (both exterior and interior), and there is almost no sound when it rotates. Pillows good size and hold all my watches securely, without wobbling.

I knew automatic watches needed to keep winding and running for them to last. I've been looking for watch winders for a while and didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars Buy one. The JQUEEN model seems to have more good reviews than bad reviews, but time will tell. One thing several reviewers have mentioned is that these winders will keep your watch fully wound even at nine hours Rest settings. I took their advice and bought a digital timer for $10 and set it to run for six hours. This seemed to work fine. I initially set it to four hours, but they stopped working .This allows the watch to be wound for 18 hours, which I think provides a good balance. As far as sound goes, I can't hear anything unless I lift the top and put my ear against the case while running. Case workmanship Very nice, even though it's glossy, it's not that super glossy that a lot of cheap products have. Now, because of the 4 stars. 1 I didn't have it long enough to justify its longevity (about 3 weeks at this point) 2 My wrist is about 7 1/2"""" circumference.
